Lil Kidz Childcare Story
Lil Kidz Childcare started in 2011 as a home daycare with our own 3 children and 1 other child from a friend. It has now grown into 4 centers in the West Omaha/Waterloo/Valley area. We are now a family with 5 children and we have dedicated our life to childcare. My husband joined the business in 2014 when we added twins to our family. Since then we have made the perfect team. He allows me to do what I love and concentrate on the children/teacher/parent side of the business, while he handles all the behind the scenes aspects of running child care centers. This has allowed us to grow into a place where the kids are always the main focus. We are a locally owned center who strives to provide the best, most complete care for every child in our care.

At Lil Kidz Childcare, our mission consists of providing a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. Our unique Childcare Center offers various activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Through cooperative play and creative activities, kids reach their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally and with ease. Communication with parents is one of our keystones. We operate on the brightwheels app and that will allow parents to communicate with teacher and staff and any time during the day.
Our Curriculum
Infant to School
At Lil Kidz Childcare, our curriculum is an important aspect of what we offer within our childcare. Each classroom has a curriculum that is suited to the kids age and ability level. Our curriculum includes activities, art, and also both indoor/outdoor activities.
Our Programs
Full-time/Part-time, Before/After School, Summer
At Lil Kidz Childcare, we want to make sure that parents have the flexibility with their childcare to get exactly what they need. In this day and age, parents work schedules are changing all the time and we want to make sure that we are flexible with our programs so that way parents can get the proper coverage they need with their childcare.
